About the role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our engineering team on a remote W2 contract.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Architect robust backend services and APIs.
- Design cloud-native solutions using AWS.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Build and integrate AI-driven features into applications.
- Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD and application monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with: React.js, Node.js, Python.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and scalable application development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native solutions.
- Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and API architecture.
- Practical experience implementing AI/LLM-powered solutions in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), humility, and a team-first mindset.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
Skills
- Strong expertise across frontend and backend development.
- Expertise in cloud technologies.
