Full Stack Developer

About the role

This position will be based at Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Python, AI, and Angular applications in cloud-based and on-premises environments.
• Design, develop, test, and enhance new features and technical solutions across Telos product offerings using Python, Angular, REST APIs, and modern AI technologies.
• Create innovative, scalable solutions that address customers' unique business, cybersecurity, automation, and workflow challenges.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows, reusable templates, backend services, and user-facing components within the Telos suite of services.
• Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, integrating them with Python-based backend services.
• Develop Python services, automation scripts, AI agents, and data-processing capabilities that support product functionality and customer requirements.
• Enhance existing product content, prompts, workflows, and application components while creating new AI-powered content and solution capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external applications using REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and structured data formats.
• Evaluate existing application functionality, identify areas for technical improvement, and create clear implementation guides, process documentation, and developer references.
• Support troubleshooting application issues, performing regression testing, analyzing defects, and developing effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, cybersecurity specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform demonstrations of the product suite, including Python, AI, automation, integration, and Angular capabilities, and provide recommendations for product solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Knowledge and understanding of programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and HTML.
• Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to pivot and quickly respond and prioritize requirements and assignments.
• The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.

Pay

Salary: Min: $45,000.00 / Max: 65,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
