Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows for enterprise websites
- Build responsive, accessible UI using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Work within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) leveraging HTL (Sightly), Sling, and OSGi
- Integrate front-end components with REST APIs and backend services
- Execute day-to-day production updates, including small front-end fixes, content updates, and release support
- Resolve cybersecurity tickets, ADA accessibility issues, and performance/SEO improvements
- Support data layer implementation and Adobe Analytics integrations
- Troubleshoot cross-browser issues and optimize site performance for high traffic
- Collaborate with development, product, and business stakeholders in an agile environment
- Contribute to AI-enabled development workflows, including GitHub Copilot and CI/CD pipeline improvements
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and full-stack web development
- Experience with HTL/Sightly, Sling, and AEM backend concepts
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise web architectures
- Experience supporting production environments, including security and performance updates
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)
Nice to Have
- Apache web server configuration experience
- CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitHub)
- AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, prompt engineering)
- Experience with high-traffic enterprise web platforms
