Duties/Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Kotlin(Java), PL/SQL and modern frameworks.
- Execute on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modules such as routing, inventory replenishment, shrink tracking, and account setup.
- Optimize performance in high-volume processing environments.
- Manage deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Integrate with services hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Maintain system performance and resolve production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide level-of-effort estimates, and contribute to DevOps pipelines.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus and UI development skills.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and PL/SQL.
- Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably OCI or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in a professional software development workflow.

- Python development experience.
