About the role

EP+Co.'s Creative Tech team builds belief for brands we love by creating digital experiences powered by innovative ideas, insights, and technology. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in C#/.NET, databases, and AWS to join our Creative Technology team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core), and React.
  • Build and maintain backend services with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, IAM.
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization, and cloud-native tooling.
  • Collaborate with designers, digital producers, QA, and fellow developers to translate creative concepts into high-quality digital solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack or backend development experience with modern technology stacks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong experience with C#/.NET, including ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and background services.
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience designing and working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience building applications on AWS using services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, and SNS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Git-based development workflows.
  • Working knowledge of application security principles and authentication technologies, including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.

  • Comfortable working across multiple technologies and contributing wherever the project requires.
  • Adaptable, curious, and excited to work in a creative, fast-moving agency environment.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Python and AI-driven platforms or development workflows.
  • Familiarity with Contentful or other headless CMS platforms.
  • Experience with MarTech, AdTech, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud-native automation tools.

Pay

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
