Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end and back-end applications
- Develop UIs using React, JavaScript, and React component libraries
- Build, implement, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end services
- Support code deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Validate system outputs align with expected formats and business rules
- Use Generative AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate in Agile environment (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Support cloud-based development with AWS or Azure
- Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and ensure system reliability
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years with React, JavaScript frameworks, and React component libraries
- Strong full stack development experience
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing RESTful APIs
- Experience with Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or similar back-end technologies
- Experience with CI/CD, code deployment, and version control
- Experience validating system outputs
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools in software development
- Knowledge of GenAI prompting and quality review
- Agile development experience
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or Azure)
Preferred Qualifications
- WebGL, Canvas, data visualization, or interactive web apps
- Federal, scientific, weather, environmental, or mission-driven systems
- Automated testing, code quality tools, secure development practices
- Cloud-native apps, containers, or DevOps teams
- Ability to obtain security clearance
