Full Stack Developer

About the role

This role is more than just coding. As a full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify the needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications using .NET or React
• Work with SQL databases
• Work with NoSQL technologies
• Develop complete solutions using back-end and front-end languages
• Identify and implement system improvements
• Collaborate with clients to understand and resolve complex problems
• Use automated testing tools for testing and maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using .NET or React
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience working in an Agile scrum team
• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies
• Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Nice if you have: Experience with Python, Postgres, creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment, ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization, ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance, Master's degree

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in back-end and front-end technologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of database design and management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
