Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system integrations between Jira, Atlassian tools, and external enterprise systems using APIs.
- Manage APIs and middleware services to automate manual processes and support data synchronization.
- Configure and stand up Jira projects, including workflows, issue types, screens, and field structures.
- Create and maintain Rovo agents and leverage AI capabilities to enhance search, insights, and workflow execution.
- Manage intake processes for new fields, enhancements, and project requests, ensuring governance and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, integration, and alignment with reporting needs.
- Enhance user experience through thoughtful configurations, layouts, and UI improvements within Jira.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, automations, and Jira platform functionality.
- Write scalable, clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Stay up to date with Atlassian platform updates, AI capabilities, and integration best practices
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python and Node.js.
- Experience with API development, REST integrations, and webhook-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Jira configuration (projects, workflows, fields, automations, permissions).
- Experience integrating Atlassian tools and marketplace add-ons.
- Experience with cloud platforms and APIs such as Google Cloud or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities and automation frameworks (e.g., Rovo or similar tooling).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
