About the role
As a Full Stack Application Developer, you'll work in a team of software engineers within the Insurance Services for Small Business Solutions Technology team. You'll join a scrum team of talented software engineers and assist with providing technical and software solutions that meet operational and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Employ development best practices, standards, and architecture.
- Contribute to product innovation by leveraging the latest software trends.
- Support end-to-end solutions to ensure internal ADP applications are well documented, properly scaled, and tested to effectively serve our customers.
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with different teams to determine root cause and recommend resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of Java/JEE programming.
- Minimum 2+ years of practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ability to communicate effectively within an Agile software development team.
- Exposure to software development best practices, security concerns, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate coding, test generation, and code review, with the ability to critically evaluate and secure AI-generated output.
Skills
- Experience developing web applications and web services (RESTful).
- Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: Angular or ReactJS.
- Experience with Agile software management (Rally / JIRA / RTC).
- Experience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3).

Pay
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. The compensation range is USD $59,900.00 - USD $147,500.00 per year. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
