About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to build AI-native, customer-facing products for organizations adopting AI at scale. You will work closely with the Tech Lead, own features end-to-end, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape the next generation of enterprise AI products.

If based in NYC, will require office presence 2/3 days a week. For LATAM and European regions, you will be expected to work EST hours with a 5-hour overlap.

Responsibilities

  • Build responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Rust.
  • Integrate applications with AWS or GCP infrastructure.
  • Design and maintain databases, integrations, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop AI features involving LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
  • Monitor and improve application reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Take ownership of complex technical initiatives from design through production deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience building customer-facing products.
  • Experience developing backend APIs and distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
  • Practical experience implementing AI/LLM technologies is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from design to production.
