About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer with robust experience working across the full stack and a proven track record of shipping AI-powered features to production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real systems, familiarity with embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation, and strong judgment around AI tradeoffs, failure modes, cost, and observability. You should be able to design AI systems that others can safely extend, ship small, well-scoped changes incrementally, and thrive in a remote, async-first environment across multiple time zones. Pragmatic use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve outcomes is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Work across the full stack to develop and deploy AI-powered features.
Integrate LLM APIs into production systems.
Implement and optimize embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation.
Exercise robust judgment around AI tradeoffs, failure modes, cost, and observability.
Design AI systems that are extensible and safe for others to build upon.
Ship small, incremental, well-scoped changes.
Collaborate in a remote, async-first environment across multiple time zones.
Use AI tools pragmatically to accelerate development and improve outcomes.

Requirements

Robust experience working across the full stack.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features to production.

Pay

$59.53 - $64.53 per hour
