Full Stack AI Developer

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience developing and integrating advanced application capabilities within high-availability production environments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated self-starter capability, taking a lead role in delivering end-to-end software solutions for mission-critical application development projects.

Technical Expertise & Responsibilities

• AI/ML Engineering:
  • Engineer and scale AI-driven platforms to streamline data ingestion, exploration, triage, and advanced search functionalities.
  • Analyze and implement emerging AI model trends, focusing on the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Execute rigorous validation protocols to assess AI model accuracy, evaluation metrics, and overall performance effectiveness.
• DevOps & Infrastructure:
  • Architect and automate robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or GitLab to streamline deployment workflows.
  • Define, orchestrate, and validate comprehensive build and deployment procedures to ensure system reliability.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes and Docker across AWS Cloud and air-gapped environments.
• Operations & Collaboration:
  • Standardize and document current and future-state configuration processes, policies, and system architectures.
  • Facilitate proactive communication with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with organizational objectives.
  • Leverage OpenSearch and Python to build high-performance, data-centric features.
