Full-Service Account Manager

About the role

Performs work in selected grocery stores as directed by the Sales Manager. Orders, stocks, and rotates company product displays.

Responsibilities

• Take a current shelf inventory in the store daily.
• Keep inventory of the store's back stock and work items needed to fill the shelf.
• Rotate stock so the newest product is the last purchased.
• Write orders for the store’s next delivery based on current back stock levels.
• Track and order according to upcoming promotions and display space given by the store.
• Monitor items going out of date (shrink) and inform the dairy grocery or store manager of any issues with dated items.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with strong oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to generate and maintain accurate and concise written records.
• After training, understand each assigned store's unique method of backstocking and product displays.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and rotate items; physical demand generally 30–40 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient in English (speaking, understanding, reading, and writing reports).
• Works well in a team environment, including with a diverse group of people.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be productive.

Pay

$47,000 - $55,000 per year.
