Responsibilities

• Become a crucial part of our clients' nightly routines
• Provide personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure the safety and comfort of our senior clients
• Monitor clients' health, assist with medication reminders, and respond to any needs that arise during the night
• Engage in meaningful conversations that foster relationships
• Maintain reliable overnight hours to allow clients to feel secure and cared for
• Create a comforting experience for those you serve

Requirements

• An active New Hampshire LNA license
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable in proper documentation and medication reminders
• Familiarity with mobility and transfer techniques
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Dependable mode of transportation
