As a Customer Service Team Member at Crew Carwash, you’ll help create smiles and lifetime customers while working in a Glassdoor Best Places to Work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service advice and assist with loading customers
• Ensure industry-leading quality for every customer
• Help maintain a park-like environment both inside and outside the facility

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week (part-time) or 30 hours per week (full-time)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Ability to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes

Pay

$15 - $16 per hour + incentive pay
