About the role

Join Crew Carwash as a daytime Customer Service Team Member and help us live our Purpose: “Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers.” This role offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, in a Glassdoor Best Place to Work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create WOW! moments for customers
• Provide service advice and assist with loading customers
• Ensure industry-leading quality for all customers
• Maintain a park-like environment both inside and outside the facility
• Uphold Crew’s #1 Value of Safety in all tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week (part-time) or 30 hours per week (full-time)
• Ability to work between 7 AM and 4 PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Physical ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, jump, push/pull drums and materials, climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes

Pay

$15 - $16 per hour + incentive pay. Daily pay options available at no cost to you.
