About the role

Crew Carwash seeks Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Members who embody our core values of Safety, WOWing Customers, and Commitment to Our Team. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for all customers
• Provide excellent service and advice to customers
• Load vehicles efficiently and ensure industry-leading quality
• Maintain a clean and tidy parking lot both inside and out

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Standing for up to 8+ hours per day
• Reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Operate and utilize electronic devices
• Extendable exposure to all weather conditions

Pay

$15 - $16 per hour plus incentive pay
