About the role

Crew Carwash seeks Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Members who embody our core values of Safety, WOW!, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe environment for all team members and customers
• Provide excellent customer service by advising and loading customers
• Maintain high standards of quality for our customers
• Keep the facility clean and tidy both inside and out

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, pushing/pulling drums and materials, climbing ladders, scaffolds, and platforms, lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, operating and utilizing electronic devices
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
