About the role

Crew Carwash seeks Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Members who embody our core values of Safety, WOWing customers, and maintaining a park-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service by advising and loading vehicles efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality for all services
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • No prior work experience required
  • Minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, lifting up to 25 pounds, pushing/pulling drums and materials, climbing ladders, scaffolds, and platforms, operating and utilizing electronic devices
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment and around moving mechanical parts
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
