About the role
As a member of the Orthopaedics Sales Team, the Sales Representative will work with the team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Responsibilities include assisting in the scheduling of operative cases, securing inventory for those cases, observing, and consulting the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants, and completing logistical requirements associated with those cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience
- Valid driver’s license applicable to current residence
Qualifications
- Ability to assimilate and learn a high level of technical information related to surgery and procedures
- Build positive relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, and co-workers
- Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quota
- Be team-oriented, highly attentive to detail, and flexible to work untraditional hours
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about forming relationships to increase sales revenue within the territory and impact patient outcomes
- Resourceful consultant who becomes proficient in joint reconstruction

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The role requires professionals to be available within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnight stays per month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences may be required.
