Responsibilities
- Analyzes balances and reconciles client tax deposit and filing information with employee balance information and resolves any out of balance conditions by working with the client, Financial Services Center Associates, and assigned Implementation Center Associates.
- Collaborates with clients to coordinate and review client documentation for deposits and filings for all affected quarters.
- Proactively communicates any balance issues, develops resolution plans, and notifies clients of any advice of debit as applicable.
- Coordinates with internal and external business partners to provide status updates on Mid-Quarter and Mid-Year conversions.
- Utilizes Smart Standard FLT Process client communications and Quarterly Tax Verification letters to notify clients of their current full level tax status.
- Provides clients with Quarterly Wage and Tax Registers to ensure accurate W2 information is recorded.
- Enters and submits current and prior quarter tax liability and tax deposit information using appropriate tools and systems.
- Maintains client documentation in accordance with FLT Smart Standards updates and ensures timely follow-up with clients and internal business partners.
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to less experienced FLT Implementation Specialists and assists in their training.
- Makes recommendations regarding changes to training curriculum and/or new procedures to management or Implementation Team Leader (ITL) as appropriate.
- Attends and participates in training sessions on ADP Payroll and Tax products, stays updated on new product rollouts and offerings that impact Full Level Tax.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented processing capacity.
- Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
- Preference given to candidates with proven proficiencies in payroll, tax deposit, and tax reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and effectively utilize resources.
- Experience managing time constraints, adapting to changing needs, and being flexible when priorities shift.
- Aptitude for detail, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and math/accounting principles proficiency.
- Knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll Systems preferred.
