About the Role

In this role, you will work with all Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services, Financial Service Centers, and clients to ensure timely, efficient reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax deposit information. Full Level Tax (FLT) Specialists develop and maintain effective ADP/Client communications, utilizing ADP Full Level Tax (FLT) Smart Standards processes and tools to ensure client satisfaction and use of ADP Tax Filing Services. You will ensure all Mid-Quarter Conversion / Mid-Year Conversion processes are completed accurately and on time, while managing assigned client relationships with internal and external business partners to enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze balances and reconcile client tax deposit and filing information with employee balance information, resolving any out-of-balance conditions by collaborating with clients, Financial Services Center Associates, and assigned Implementation Center Associates.
  • Coordinate and review client documentation for deposits and filings for all affected quarters.
  • Proactively communicate balance issues, develop resolution plans, and notify clients of any advice of debit as applicable.
  • Provide internal business partners and clients with the status of Mid-Quarter and Mid-Year conversions.
  • Utilize Smart Standard FLT Process client communications and Quarterly Tax Verification letters to notify clients of current full-level tax status.
  • Provide clients with Quarterly Wage and Tax Registers to ensure proper recording of information for W2 purposes.
  • Use current processes, tools, and systems to enter and submit current and prior quarter tax liability and tax deposit information.
  • Record client status, update project milestones, and maintain client documentation in accordance with FLT Smart Standards updates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal business partners.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to less tenured FLT Implementation Specialists and assist in their training.
  • Recommend changes to training curriculum and/or new procedures to management or Implementation Team Leader (ITL) as appropriate.
  • Attend and participate in training on ADP Payroll and Tax products; stay updated on new product rollouts and existing offerings affecting Full Level Tax.
  • Update knowledge through available resources to ensure familiarity with legislative changes in tax laws.
  • Work on special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented processing capacity.
  • Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven proficiencies in payroll, tax deposit, and tax reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and effectively utilize resources.
  • Ability to work well under strict time constraints, prioritize client issues, adapt quickly to changing needs, and remain flexible when priorities shift.
  • Aptitude for detail, effective troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in math/accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of ADP Payroll Systems.

Pay

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. The compensation range is USD $18.56 - USD $34.66 per hour. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
