About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This entrepreneurial, B2B-sales-driven role combines full-cycle recruitment with client development. Middle performers earn $100k/year, while top performers reach $300k+ through a base salary plus uncapped commission. You will build your own book of business with full benefits, PTO, and a discounted stock purchase plan.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs and company culture.
  • Use B2B sales strategies to identify and attract new clients.
  • Perform cold calls and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and define talent requirements.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or business development.
  • Strong B2B sales, recruiting, and outside-sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and business growth.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
