Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to efficiently build candidate pipelines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles
- Maintain organized documentation using Greenhouse and talent trackers
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize search strategies and outcomes
- Handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and security
- Cope with the fast-paced recruiting environment by coordinating interviews and sourcing as required
- Continuously seek improvements in processes and methods for recruitment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proficient in Greenhouse, capable of job setup and interview scheduling without training
- Data-driven mindset focused on pipeline metrics and channel efficiency
- Able to work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines
- Exceptional written communication and behavioral interviewing skills
- Willingness to leverage AI tools for enhanced sourcing and efficiency
