Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to efficiently build candidate pipelines
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles
  • Maintain organized documentation using Greenhouse and talent trackers
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize search strategies and outcomes
  • Handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and security
  • Cope with the fast-paced recruiting environment by coordinating interviews and sourcing as required
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes and methods for recruitment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Proficient in Greenhouse, capable of job setup and interview scheduling without training
  • Data-driven mindset focused on pipeline metrics and channel efficiency
  • Able to work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written communication and behavioral interviewing skills
  • Willingness to leverage AI tools for enhanced sourcing and efficiency
