Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, full-cycle sales professional who can generate their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and close deals from start to finish. This is a door-to-door (D2D) closing role where you will:

  • Possess strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Be comfortable with door-to-door sales and rejection
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Think closer – you know how to ask for the sale
  • Be coachable and willing to learn the restoration/construction process
  • Have sales experience (D2D, roofing, solar, or construction is a plus, not required)

Employment Structure

W2 Preferred – Access to benefits like paid time off, vacation, and retirement options
1099 Option Available for experienced independent reps
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings

What You’ll Do

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas
  • Perform roofing & restoration inspections (training provided)
  • Education homeowners on damage, solutions, and project scope
  • Guide clients through insurance claims when applicable
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Represent Upright with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication
