Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, full-cycle sales professional who can generate their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and close deals from start to finish. This is a door-to-door (D2D) closing role where you will:
- Possess strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Be comfortable with door-to-door sales and rejection
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Think closer – you know how to ask for the sale
- Be coachable and willing to learn the restoration/construction process
- Have sales experience (D2D, roofing, solar, or construction is a plus, not required)
Employment Structure
W2 Preferred – Access to benefits like paid time off, vacation, and retirement options
1099 Option Available for experienced independent reps
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas
- Perform roofing & restoration inspections (training provided)
- Education homeowners on damage, solutions, and project scope
- Guide clients through insurance claims when applicable
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Represent Upright with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication
