About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: RemoteResponsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for corporate and go-to-market rolesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategiesSource passive talent and build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outreach methodsScreen, interview, and assess candidates while providing recommendations to hiring teamsSupport offer negotiation and candidate closing efforts while maintaining an excellent candidate experienceQualifications:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for corporate functions such as marketing, finance, product, legal, operations, sales, or customer successStrong sourcing experience with passive candidate outreach and pipeline buildingExperience partnering with hiring managers and providing consultative recruiting guidanceExperience using an applicant tracking system, preferably WorkdayExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environmentDesired Skills:Experience using AI tools in recruiting, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft CopilotBackground in healthtech, SaaS, corporate services, insurance, or financial servicesExperience with referral-based recruitingFamiliarity with recruiting workflows supported by scheduling automation tools
