Fulfillment Team Member - Temp

About the role

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking full‑time fulfillment temps for the fall season. Working under the guidance of a Fulfillment Manager, the team member will pick orders, stock retail and wine inventory, price retail items, and may assist with moving stock manually and general warehouse housekeeping. The position is based at the Restaurant Support Center Warehouse in Downers Grove and includes perks such as a $100‑per‑month dining allowance, 40 % off wine, and 20 % off retail.

Responsibilities

• Sort and deliver inter‑office packages.
• Inspect, count, price, and put away retail inventory.
• Online order fulfillment, processing orders in a timely manner.
• Email guests with tracking information.
• Store order fulfillment, including accurate picking and packing of store orders.
• General duties as assigned, including manual stock movement and warehouse housekeeping.

Requirements

• Represent Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Ability to lift 50 lb or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift.
• Availability between 7 am and 3:30 pm.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects.

Pay

$18 per hour.
