Fulfillment Pharmacist - Romeoville, IL (Part-Time)
About the Role
As a Pharmacist at Ro, you will be at the forefront of ensuring members receive accurate medication orders on time. Reporting directly to the Lead Pharmacist, you will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver a seamless pharmacy experience. This part-time, on-site role is based in Romeoville, Illinois, and offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, engineers, and product managers, to improve patient care and shape the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Process and review medication orders for members
- Work with doctors or care teams when clinical intervention is needed
- Respond to clinical questions from members
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve procedures and workflows
- Find creative and professional ways to enhance the patient experience
- Offer clinical expertise in evaluating drug regimens for optimal patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college
- Valid Illinois Pharmacy License
- Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per week in a fast-paced, high-volume location
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to cover holidays, team PTO, or staffing needs

Schedule
While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, flexibility is required. Advanced notice of at least two weeks will be provided for any changes. Available shifts include:
- Friday: consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 9:00pm
- Friday: 4:30pm - 9pm
- Saturday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Sunday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $60 to $63, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
