About the role

Join Printful’s Production Team as a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate. In this position, you’ll assist with printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs while playing an essential part in managing our customer experience. We are hosting a job fair on-site at our Westlake facility (11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC) on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Walk-ins are welcome, and offers will be made on the spot.

Schedule

2nd shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teammates to move items efficiently through the production process to meet customer expectations and deadlines
• Operate various equipment, including state-of-the-art printers, to produce high-quality and vibrant products sustainably
• Learn the responsibilities of different workstations, such as Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers, and Jewelry, to build your skillset
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
