Fulfillment Associate - First Shift $19.50/hour, Monday through Friday, Full Time

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Effectively use warehouse technology to locate and gather stock for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders and materials.
• Cook up and fulfill new and renewing member kits.
• Ensure daily orders are ready by USPS/UPS pick up times.
• Alert management of inventory and/or shipping supply needs.
• Process and mail internal renewals, collections, and retention mailings.
• Maintain and organize warehouse and off site storage facility.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to locate, pull and process orders and allocate shipping materials.
• Process quality checks on received inventory items and report deficiencies.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities And Education Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory, production, or material handling experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of internet functions and the ability to learn our warehouse management system.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar system is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members, leaders, and cross-functional departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to take on new tasks and embrace variety in your work assignments.
• Able to work on your feet for up to 8-10 hours per day.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, pull, push, squat, lift and reach throughout your shift.
