Fulfillment Analyst- West Sacramento, CA (On-site)

Summary

As a Fulfillment Analyst at Gainwell, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and alignment with business needs. This role also drives reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.

The Role

• Supports the production of alternate format beneficiary correspondence.
• Manual validation and transmit of print jobs using designated file transfer methods and systems to internal and external print vendors.
• Ensures all jobs are completed according to established deadlines.
• Vendor interface for any issues with jobs sent over for processing and completion.
• Manual tracking of all daily jobs and volumes, including letter type.
• Ensure Operating Procedure Manuals are updated as required.
• Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impacts.
• Identify and escalate file, data, or production issues that may impact quality or delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution and solution implementation activities.

What You Should Expect

• This is an On-site/Office environment at West Sacramento, CA
• Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 - $63,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
