About the Role

Energy Dispatch is hiring local fuel delivery truck drivers in Baton Rouge. Drivers operate fuel tankers on local miles, enjoy daily home time, and receive comprehensive training even if they lack prior fuel‑tanker experience (one year of tractor‑trailer experience is required). Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel safely to RaceTrac and RaceWay locations throughout the Southeast.
• Operate the newest fuel‑tanker equipment available in the market.
• Maintain daily home time by completing local routes.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures, including use of in‑cab technology.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and health monitoring programs.

Requirements

• At least 25 years of age.
• CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum one year of verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Gas or fuel delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a medical card valid for at least one year.
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• No DUIs, DWIs, or reckless‑driving violations in the past seven years.
• No positive or refused drug/alcohol tests in the past three years.
• TWIC card or terminal experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
