About the role
Fuel associates are focused on running the fuel station. They assist customers, accept payments, stock the shelves and maintain cleanliness of the fuel station. May require standing for long periods of time.
Pay & compensation
- Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be added ($0.35–$3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met
