Responsibilities
- Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Pump gas
- Complete daily tour and inspection
- Fill out incident and security reports
- Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
- Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
- Perform cashier functions
- Answer telephones
- Comply with corporate policies
- Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
- Promote and follow company initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
Qualifications
- FAMILIARITY WITH INDUSTRY/TECHNICAL TERMS AND PROCESSES
- ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
- ABILITY TO WORK WITHOUT DIRECT SUPERVISION
