Responsibilities
- Assist customers and manage cash register.
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.
- Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Desired: Any related experience.
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
- Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
- Pump gas.
- Complete daily tour and inspection.
- Fill out incident and security reports.
- Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
- Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
- Perform cashier functions.
- Answer telephones.
- Comply with corporate policies.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
- Promote and follow company initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
