Fuel Attendant (34858)

About the Role

Performs customer service activities while cleaning and maintaining the fuel island area.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service, assisting customers and answering their questions as needed.
• Clean all areas, including dispensers, islands, buildings, storage areas, parking areas, driveways, gutters, sidewalks, tank slabs, and all assigned areas.
• Perform light maintenance, including repair and maintenance to hanging hardware and other light-duty tasks as assigned.
• Conduct inspections, including all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections required.
• Respond to emergencies, such as power outages and spills.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers, dispatchers, and supervisors.
• Professionally represent the company through site appearance, standards, and personal appearance (dress code required; safety vest provided).
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Perform physical work in an outdoor environment.
• Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of the proper use of hand tools.
• Ability to use basic computer functions such as email, instant messaging, and site controller software.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
