Fuel and Lube Technician

Get paid to learn heavy equipment maintenance! Join our maintenance team in Sahuarita, AZ as a Fuel & Lube Technician. No previous mechanical experience is required—we provide full training and support for hardworking, safety-minded individuals eager to build a long-term career in heavy equipment maintenance. Ideal for those with hands-on experience in mining, farming, construction, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and other company vehicles
• Perform scheduled greasing and lubrication of heavy equipment
• Check and top up engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other fluids
• Assist with oil changes, filter changes, and routine preventative maintenance
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or concerns
• Identify leaks, damaged hoses, worn components, and other potential maintenance issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and environmental requirements

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability; ability to show up ready to work
• Safety-first mindset and team-player attitude
• Experience in mining, heavy civil, trucking, farming, construction, or other equipment-based environments is an asset but not required
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (will provide if needed)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Schedule

• Rotating shifts, 10-12 hours per day
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Steady, site-based work with long-term opportunities
