We are hiring immediately for Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer Drivers in the Winston Salem, NC area. All days and shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned properties to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and assets.
• Perform vehicle patrols to monitor parking lots, perimeter areas, and surrounding grounds for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.
• Control facility access by verifying credentials, screening visitors, and issuing temporary visitor badges in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor and operate the Command Center, including CCTV systems, alarm panels, access control software, radios, and other security technology.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance, following established post orders and emergency procedures.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation accurately and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees, tenants, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills and professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or public safety experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle when required.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
