FT Support Supervisor

As a Support Supervisor you will lead by example, manage conflict, and help deliver a transformational customer experience while supporting both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and phone responder as needed.
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow.
• Lead the team by example, managing conflict and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the delivery of a memorable, transformational customer experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, efficient, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment; a sense of humor is a plus.

Schedule

This role requires a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
