About the role
Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create a high-energy, compelling store experience through engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors.
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and consumer satisfaction.
- Partner with the store manager on addressing significant consumer issues.
- Train new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policies, and other associate responsibilities.
- Set expectations, coach, and foster an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Deliver formal performance feedback in collaboration with store management.
- Handle cash handling and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment systems, while maintaining standards.
- Support store management in flexing business strategies and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
- Serve as a supervisor in the absence of another member of management.
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform all essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk, and hear as needed.
- Reach with hands and arms, type, reach overhead, and climb ladders as necessary.
Requirements

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $21.15 - $35.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
