HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Shift Lead for the Fort Wayne, IN area to work 2nd shift. This position offers a pay rate of $18.00/hr with weekly pay.

  • Schedule: Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

  • Two years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
  • Three years or more of experience in a supervisory or shift lead position.
  • Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
  • Excellent customer service and report writing skills.
  • Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
  • Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
  • Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
  • Able to work independently.
