Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Shift Lead for the Fort Wayne, IN area to work 2nd shift. This position offers a pay rate of $18.00/hr with weekly pay.

- Schedule: Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Requirements
- Two years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- Three years or more of experience in a supervisory or shift lead position.
- Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Excellent customer service and report writing skills.
- Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
- Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
- Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
- Able to work independently.
