FT Seasonal Night Warehouse $22/hr, Santa Fe, NM

Job Description

This position is a full-time seasonal position located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It is open to applicants who are at least 18 years old due to the nature of the products being handled. This position is expected to end in September, but all seasonal positions have the potential to turn into regular positions based on performance and available openings.

Primary Duties

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using various methods
• Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved
• Limits materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Counts and records the number of units of materials moved or handled, as well as any breakage or spoilage
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases and other containers
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and wraps bundles together
• Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance tasks in the warehouse and sales center offices
• Wears the company-provided uniform and safety equipment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A high degree of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures
