About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within an inclusive, employee-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

• Seats guests and takes accurate food orders.
• Monitors food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients, properly prepared, nicely presented, and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Abides by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedure.
• Totals checks, presents them to guests, and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Skills

• Team player with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Proficiency in operating equipment such as cash registers and calculators.
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Pay

Compensation range: $14.50–$15.00 per hour.
