Our newest airport coffee destination, Milk Creek Café, is a fast-paced, customer-focused café inside Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. We serve handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, fresh pastries, breakfast favorites, and grab-and-go selections to travelers from around the world.

About the role

We are hiring Baristas for the following schedules:

• One Full-Time (up to 40 hours): Wednesday–Sunday, 4:00 AM–11:00 AM (Monday & Tuesday off)
• One Full-Time (up to 40 hours): open availability
• Two Part-Time (up to 30 hours): Thursday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

An early-morning shift (4:00 AM–12:00 PM) is also available, offering future scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks with consistency and quality.
• Welcome every guest with friendly, authentic Montana hospitality.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Serve pastries, breakfast items, and grab-and-go food selections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening, stocking, cleaning, and other daily café operations.
• Work efficiently during busy travel periods while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, encouraging work environment.

• Can reliably work the posted Wednesday–Sunday schedule.

Previous barista experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training for individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
