About the role

Join our new Executive Sous Chef in elevating the dining experience in our outlets! As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare great-tasting hot food items while delivering memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay. This role is for PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, offering a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your culinary career.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Execute basic food prep and simple cooking tasks (e.g., salads, sides, basic breakfast) to assist higher-ranked cooks.
• Inspect and finalize plates ahead of serving to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Master kitchen equipment and recipes to manage product and operational needs.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.

Pay

Range of pay is $18–$20 an hour, depending on experience.
