National Church Residences Home Health division, located in Southern Ohio, is a Home Health & Hospice agency serving Ross, Fayette, Highland, and Pickaway counties. We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We seek a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and advance our vision of better living and care for seniors.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum
• Two to four years of experience preferred
