Ellie Mental Health is seeking compassionate, caring therapists for full-time positions at our locations in Morristown, Florham Park, Parsippany, and Basking Ridge. Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (e.g., treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- For full-time status, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Other meaningful duties as required for the role.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Required licensure (LAC, AMFT, LSW) in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Experience with children aged <7, play therapy, and family systems is a plus.

- Starting salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year for pre-licensed; $80,000 - $85,000/year for fully licensed therapists.
