About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead our operations at Store 01453 in Concord, NC. This position will oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth store performance
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock rotation
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service and store operations
• Lead staff in achieving store goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant retail operations experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
