About the role

This full-time night shift (7p to 7a) position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by Certified Nurses Aides.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans and reassessments.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
• Deliver nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, standards, and policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in coordinating nursing care with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in Florida.
• Willingness to be available for any/all community emergencies.

• Roles may require disclosure of vaccination status, including MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19 vaccines.
• Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.

Pay

Starting at $32/hour.

Schedule

Full-time night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
