About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist with daily living activities
- Administer medications as ordered
- Document patient care in medical records
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Ohio nursing licensure in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing/practical nursing
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills

- Proficient in computer systems
- Knowledgeable in healthcare policies and procedures
